1. Who we are

Little Routine Timer is developed and published by Tom Fenton. References to "we", "us" or "our" in this policy refer to Tom Fenton.

2. Who this policy is for

This app is intended to be set up and operated by parents or guardians on behalf of their children. We do not intend for children to independently submit any information to us. Parents and guardians control what information is entered about their children within the app. If you have concerns about information entered on behalf of a child, you can remove it at any time using the Clear App Data option within the app, or by deleting the app from your device.

3. What information the app stores

Little Routine Timer stores the following information locally on your device:

• Children's names (as entered by the parent or guardian)
• Profile colours selected for each child
• Routine names created within the app
• Task names and task durations created within the app
• Child assignments for each routine
• Optional routine schedules
• App settings and preferences

This information is stored in your device's local storage. It is used solely to provide the functionality of the app. It does not leave your device.

4. What information we do not collect

We do not collect, receive, or process any of the following:

• Personal data of any kind
• Usage data or analytics
• Crash reports
• Location data
• Device identifiers
• Advertising identifiers
• Children's names or any other information entered in the app
• Any information transmitted over the internet

5. No account, no registration

Little Routine Timer does not require any account, sign-in, registration or email address. The app is ready to use immediately after download, with no personal data required from the user at any stage.

6. Advertising, tracking and analytics

Little Routine Timer contains:

• No advertising of any kind
• No tracking
• No analytics
• No third-party SDK data collection
• No cookies used for tracking purposes

7. Cloud storage and third parties

The app does not use any cloud storage. Your family's information is not synced to any server and is not shared with any third party. We do not sell, rent, or otherwise disclose your information to anyone.

8. This website

This website does not use tracking cookies, analytics scripts, or any third-party tracking tools. No personal information is collected through this website.

9. How to remove your data

You can remove all stored data in two ways:

• Within the app: go to Settings and use the Clear App Data option. This removes all children, routines and tasks immediately.
• Delete the app from your device. This removes all locally stored data associated with the app.

Because there is no remote backup, data removed by either method cannot be recovered.

10. Children's privacy

The app is designed to be operated by parents and guardians. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children. Children's names and other information entered within the app are stored only locally on the device controlled by the parent or guardian.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of the app following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
